Orange County Events (oc.whatsupin.ai) is a free directory of public events, operated by whatsupin.ai ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

What this site is

We list events gathered from public sources and link to the original listing. We don't organize, host or sell tickets to these events, and we aren't affiliated with the organizers, venues or ticket sellers. Event details come from third parties and can be wrong, late or cancelled, so always confirm with the organizer or seller before you go or buy. Listings are provided as-is, with no warranty.

Affiliate links

Some links to ticket sellers may be affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. A ticket purchase is a contract between you and the seller, under the seller's terms, not with us. We don't handle payments, refunds or tickets.

Third-party content and links

Event titles, descriptions, images, names and marks belong to their owners. We link to other sites and aren't responsible for their content, practices or policies.

Using the site

Personal, non-commercial use of the site is free.
Please don't copy the listings in bulk, resell them, or republish them as a competing directory. Automated access should stay gentle and follow robots.txt; we may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
Don't interfere with the site's operation or security, or use it unlawfully.
If you use the site through an AI assistant or the MCP endpoint, the same rules apply.

Removal requests

If you run an event, venue or calendar and want a listing corrected or removed, contact us ([email protected]) and we'll act promptly. The same address handles copyright complaints: tell us what material, where it appears on the site, and that you own it or act for the owner.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on a listing, including missed, changed or cancelled events and purchases made from third parties. The site is free; if a court finds us liable anyway, our total liability is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and the site at any time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes go to the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
